After 13 days I finally had
most of a day off!!!
I say “most” because I did
have some sock orders to fill (which I’m thrilled about~:) but I didn’t have to go to my day jobs (soon to be only one of those again).
So...
socklessly, I colored my hair. This is one of Special Effects’ new colors “wildflower”, it actually appears more purple in most lighting.
I’ve kept it Blue Velvet the past few years, a little change is good once in awhile though.

they are so-so, not bad,
not great, not worth $9 at this point, although for a mere $4 more you can get them in an over the knee version that is wonderful!
I even have some odd colors left over that I’m selling at a really great price.

August 25

These are the one & only longstocking. I’ve tried for 19 months to secure an ongoing supply of these. I now have several styles that are close, but non are exactly the same.  Last week I sent a pair of the leg warmers to a sock maker to see if they can make a sock based on them, I believe that if they can replicate them we will have our longstocking back. My toes are crossed as I eagerly await their response.

Okay, I guess I’m about over any remaining modesty I had left by now...
We took several other shots of these, this one was simply the best, by far actually.
I still totally love these socks, have worn them several times in the past couple of months with no troubles.  I do have to pull them up a bit every so often, but it’s really no trouble. However, my toes do not love these shoes!

These are my newest shoes, super comfy slip ons from Lands End. I think their sizes run slightly large...

toes love to be comfortable!
These great anklets have fared well through several washings, I highly recommend a garment bag due to the emroidered trim.
I think they would work equally well with heels or a low boot or ???  You decide!

I started a new & more mentally intense job this week.  It will be of great benefit to this business & to me, but has temporarily become my primary focus. Once I adjust it will actually give me more time to devote to what I love best...
buying, wearing, photographing & selling unique sexy comfy socks.
Another result is that I will be posting my daily pix a couple of hours earlier than before.
