I had planned to break the streak of comfy socks and dress my legs up today.  Then it turned out to be one of the gloomiest days ever with no break in the rain.  So here I am in my comfy best, my lavendar sweat pants tucked into my scrunched down royal blue 36 inch long socks, sitting on my worn out old double papasan (it’s still the comfiest chair I’ve ever had!).

for some reason I never noticed that the boot socks fold nicely over ankle boots.   Perhaps it was too obvious?
It’s not that I’ve been wearing the same clothes for two days... working at home can be inducive to wearing comfy clothes, then when it’s time to go outside I throw on the stuff I didn’t get dirty yesterday. Hmmm, some days I don’t really have anything to say yet I feel I need to fill this space.  When I switch the format here it should be different, I can write as much or little as I want without affecting the layout plus there will be a comments option!

boot socks, blue jeans & tree climbing are just a few things to be happy about on a crisp nearly spring day.  Other things I’m happy about are all the toe socks, leg warmers & fuzzy socks  I ordered today. They should get here in the next few weeks.  This supplier has several more styles I want to bring in over the coming months if all goes smoothely.
for now I’m down from the tree, home from walking and am sitting comfily in my boot socks contemplating the new toe sock page I’m about to build...

March 16
I took Sunday off, or mostly off, I did do a few small sock-biz-type things.  Mostly I just relaxed in my toe socks (I’ll be ordering some to sell monday), baked some brownies & made a simple comfort meal for dinner.
I’m thinking about switching things around here, not sure how much or how soon, I don’t want to disrupt sales in anyway  though. One thing I might do is use live journal for this page...

March 15
Today really is the first day of the rest of my life.  To celebrate I slept in this morning, then I put on my green wool socks and took a long walk in the pouring rain with my dog. We came home completely soaked, everything but my wool socks came back off & Jake went into the tub so we could wash away the wet dog smell. I checked the socks, they didn’t get wet wool smell. These come in four nice color choices, I chose green for myself because I don’t have any other green socks, otherwise I might’ve picked grey.

March 14
This is a bit of a tease because we are currently out of the pink 36” long socks, but they are on their way as well as the other styles of long socks in pink, with other colors to follow.
Today I pulled them up snug & wound the elastic sock garters around just above my knees before securing them with their buttons.  The extra length of sock folded back down & tucked nicely into my boots. It was totally secure, comfy & warm.
These sock garters work great!
